NETWORK ENGINEERS (multiple openings) (NE-23)

Administer, configure, design and implement computer networks. Administrate LAN/WAN, monitor, analyze and resolve critical network incidents in global networks. Design network architecture to address local LAN/WAN network needs. Develop and administer network security measures, analyze network requirements, confer with network users, prepare technical documentation, implement network security solutions, perform data backups and disaster recovery procedures. Analyze capacity needs for network infrastructures. Configure, deploy, install, upgrade and monitor routers, switches and firewalls. Recommend changes to improve computer networks and systems, evaluate network to identify vulnerabilities, monitor and maintain network performance, optimize network systems, troubleshoot and resolve network issues, document network security policies and procedures, provide technical and network support to end users, etc.

SYSTEMS ENGINEERS (multiple openings) ( SYSE-23)

Design systems architecture and verify its stability, interoperability, portability, security, and scalability. Design system engineering, system integration, or distributed system infrastructure. Confer with clients to understand and analyze specific system requirements, document design specifications, provide technical guidance on system design concepts or design changes, develop software components. Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Collaborate with other technical teams to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components. Automate and improve existing processes and systems. Identify system data, hardware, or software components required to meet user needs. Test, verify proper functioning of software patches and fixes, troubleshoot problems, resolve technical issues, generate reports, provide technical support, etc.
